Exam Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to register for and take the APICS CSCP exam, you must meet one of the following criteria:
Bachelor’s degree, or
CPIM, CFPIM, CIRM, SCOR-P, C.P.M., CSM or CPSM designations, or
3 years of related business experience

3. APICS SCOR-P (Supply Chain Operations Reference Professional) Endorsement

SCOR 12.0
Originally developed in 1996 by PRTM, a management consulting firm, SCOR is endorsed by the Supply-Chain Council, which is now a part of APICS. The most recent version of the framework, SCOR 12.0, was released in 2017 by APICS
The updated version includes more “emerging drivers of supply chain success,” covering topics such as omni-channel, metadata and blockchain, according to APICS. The framework was also modernized so best practices better align with digital strategies, including new training information and integrated sustainability standards using the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).

SCOR professional training to get you up to speed on the supply chain framework. It’s a three-day course that focuses on the standardized definitions of supply chain, using SCOR to improve supply chains, creating more cost-effective supply chains and evaluating supply chain performance. When the course is over, you’ll take the SCOR-Professional exam to earn your SCOR-P professional designation.
